Since 2010, I have been honored to serve as your City Controller. As “watchdog” over city finances, ensuring your tax dollars are being efficiently and wisely used is my top priority. Over the last three years, the Controller's office has worked to save City taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, increased transparency in City finances, and championed financial literacy for Houstonians.
